• When the goods is completely different from what you ordered and you were not notified of this beforehand.
  • The refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.Only damaged/defective products will be accepted as returns in the Plants and Pots category. A refund will be granted if a replacement for the same product is not available.
  • Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving a damaged or defective product
  • Please do not accept any products that have been damaged or tampered with in any way (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
  • Products returns/ Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
  • Any products that are damaged after delivery and do not comply with the Plant for a Plant Policy are not eligible for return.
  • If you happen to accept your order and later wish to change, exchange or return the plants, Myplantshop.me will offer no refund for the same. 
  • We cannot bear responsibility for plant-related difficulties such as pest and disease attacks after 5 days following delivery
